The PCI Utilities are a collection of tools for examining and
manipulating
PCI
devices. The tools are based on a shared portable library named libpci.

The following programs are included:

• lspci shows detailed information about all PCI buses present in
  the system and the devices attached to them.
• setpci allows reading from and writing to PCI device
  configuration registers. For example, it can be used to adjust
  latency timers.
